usually cook. Well, I'm just never home :) But on weekends or holidays my family asks me to cook something delicious. :)

For example...



Julienne

Lightly fry the chicken (until white) in small pieces. Then, finely chop. Fry the finely chopped onion until golden brown, then add fresh or frozen mushrooms, cut into small pieces. Simmer until all the water has evaporated. Add the chicken, season with salt and pepper, and fry a little more.
In a dry frying pan, toast the flour until it starts to fizz :), pour in the sour cream and, stirring, bring to a boil.
Pour the sauce over the mushrooms and chicken, stir well, spoon into the cocotte dishes, and sprinkle with grated cheese. If the julienne has cooled, reheat it in a preheated oven for 10-15 minutes (until the cheese has melted).

Wok with chicken

Cut the chicken breast into medium-sized strips, add it to a wok with vegetable oil, season with salt and pepper. Fry until done, then transfer to a separate bowl.
Chop the garlic (don't crush it), toss it in a frying pan with oil, add the red pepper, cut into rectangles, pour in soy sauce, ketchup, and red wine vinegar. Let it simmer for a bit.
Meanwhile, cook the noodles until al dente. Add the chicken and noodles to the sauce, mix well, and serve.

Chicken cutlets

Finely chop the fillet, add the egg, flour, sour cream or mayonnaise. Mix everything well and season with salt. Using a large (tablespoon) spoon, place the mixture in a preheated frying pan and fry on both sides over low heat.
Preheat the oven well. Place the fried patties in an ovenproof, greased dish and bake for 10 minutes. Serve with a side dish.

Lazy dumplings

Mix the cottage cheese with sugar, egg, salt, and flour. Knead the slightly sticky dough and form it into a ball. Divide this ball into 4 pieces and, on a floured surface, shape them into sausages. Cut the sausages into small pieces.
Cook in salted boiling water until the fish floats to the surface, plus another 5 minutes. Serve with sour cream sauce (1:1 sour cream and condensed milk) or jam.
